Discover Bank did not download all transaction

Discover Bank did not download all transaction from ~ 9/14/2023 - 9/30/23

There have been no setting changes. I have tried for 10 days, only new transactions are coming thru. This appears to only effect bank and not cc.

This is troubling as it defeats the whole purpose of an expensive subscription.

I will manually have to enter data which is ridiculous. And there is lack of confidence that it won't happen again

    Let’s try a few troubleshooting steps for this issue—these steps should resolve things for you, but if not, please come back and post more about your experience so we can investigate. 

    I have located a Support Article that discusses some troubleshooting steps and more information regarding missing transactions or transactions not downloading. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding (just in case).
