Fedchoice Federal Credit Union stopped working - FDP-102 Error (edit)

My Fedchoice Federal Credit Union Account stopped downloading transactions. I disconnected the account - when I try to reconnect, I get this message:
Care Code: FDP-102
FL_TIMEOUT, OFX ERROR
Any suggestions for fixing this? Thanks

An error 102 (or FDP-102) is displayed when a bank is selected that is unavailable; or you have changed your sign-in information with your financial institution and the new credentials are not carried over to Quicken.
You may follow this link to access a FAQ that provides more information and troubleshooting steps. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding (just in case).

It might be that the Mac side of their Quicken support changed which downloading protocols are currently supported -

I also just started having problems with FedChoice and Quicken. I was on the support line for 10 minutes and was disconnected. It worked beautifully for YEARS - what happened? I changed my password at FedChoice but still cannot successfully reconnect with Fed Choice.
