Random old transactions downloaded again

Today OSU randomly downloaded about 30 old transactions across 4 different credit cards. Some were marked as "matched" and some were marked as "new" however none of them were actually new. They all were previously downloaded, cleared and reconciled transactions. Anyone else have a problem with old transactions downloading?

Did you by chance just de-activate/re-activate those account for One Step Update?

No. They have been active for online/OSU for ages (years+).

@Gregg107 - I have seen that sometimes happen during Reset Account and when Reauthorizing an EWC+ account. Have either of these things occurred with the accounts in question?

Also, what is/are the financial institution(s) that this happened with?
