Fidelity 401k account downloaded securities do not match existing securities

This has been ongoing for a long while now. Downloaded Fidelity 401k securities, which already exist within the account, do not get matched with the download for distributions and the like. The downloaded transactions become duplicates and contain no symbol. Manual update is required.
