Account not found. No accounts returned - case 106

Getting this error with Flagstar Mortgage. Tried every solution present with no luck. Tried every possible connection.

I spoke with Quicken Support, and the error was escalated up. I was asked to schedule an hour with support to try and resolve this; however, I have had scheduling conflicts and have not talked with the upper support team. Is anyone else having issues with Flagstar? I will update once I speak with them.
