Synchrony Bank Credit Cards

When I attempt an automatic download of my Lowes, JC Penney, Synchrony Mastercard, and TJ Maxx credit cards , along with my other accounts, I get a CC-800 error that says it appears one or more of my accounts have been deleted (which they have not) and I need to add them to Quicken again via "Fix It". When I do the "Fix It" it says it's successful, downloads the current activity, but then the next day I have to go through the same process. Any clues?

When getting a repetitive CC-800 error code across multiple financial institutions it might mean that you runtime.dat file has a corruption issue. It is not an indication of any corruptions in your data file or your installation. The fix is fairly simple but you might need to reconnect some or all of your accounts again. Here is the step-by-step process for the fix: Re: Time date stamp [of last account update].

BTW, the post I reference with the link provided above is about another issue caused by a runtime.dat corruption issue. But it has been reported by others that fixing the runtime.dat file can also fix the issue you described.

If you try doing what I suggested, please post your results here. It will be help to me and hopefully to others.
