Does anyone know of a resolution for the T-Mobile OTP issue in Quicken for Mac? When trying to link to T-Mobile as an ebiller, I get the attached. The status says it is locked, but my account is NOT locked. This issue has been going on for MONTHS.

It means there is a known connection issue and the majority of customers are not able to successfully connect to T-Mobile.

I looked into this issue on the server side. It shows the connection with T-Mobile is degraded, which is likely why you have been having trouble connecting. The issue has been reported to the proper channels for further investigation and resolution, though we do not have an ETA.
