I use Quicken 2013 in Windows only to balance my checkbook. I don't need any of the other features.

    Hello @GrammyR,

In order to get rid of the "Renew Subscription" message and pop-ups that appear, you would need to renew your subscription and update to the latest version of Quicken. The pop-ups will remain without an active subscription.

I hope this clears things up!

If you have 2013 (like I do) it shouldn't have the renew boxes on the screen. You probably upgraded to 2017 since then. Double check your version under Help-About

But you can try to download 2013 Deluxe again for free using this how to convert article.  It’s under Converting from Quicken 2004-2009.  2013 is the last good version before they started requiring an ID.

I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.
