CC-502 error Valley Bank
Over the last weekend Valley Bank made some change to their system now I can't connect my QUICKEN classic Deluxe R52.28 to the bank accounts. The program fails to connect and wants to know how to send me the verification code . I tell it to text the code but I never get one and it errors out that it can't connect.
Anybody looking at this?

I am having same issue. I can not access getting cc-502 error. The bank says it is quicken but clearly the only thing that changed was the bank systems. Any help would be appreciated.

Error CC-502 is caused by maintenance on the bank server and typically self-resolves after 24-48 hours. If you haven't already, we recommend taking a moment to review and follow this support article.

Same issue here. It has been longer than 24-48 hours since the system update on the bank side. They stated their system would back to normal on 10/10

Received a call from Valley Bank saying it may take up to 5 days and should be resolved by Tuesday 10/17

SO It's Wednesday and I still can't reconnect to my checking account. Anyone else still have the same problem?

Just a little bit more info. When this all started, and I couldn't get in I reset my account. The reset failed and it removed the online service.
Now when I try to reactivate the online service I get asked for my credentials. After entering them I get the pop up the asks how I want the verification code sent. I tell it to use text message. Shortly there after I get the error CC-502 a the message that says the valley Bank Consumer web site is temporarily unavailable.

I sent an email inquiring when this would be resolved and below is the response… Maybe time to look to move accounts to another institution ( not sure why they responded Quickbooks aside for having not clearly reading my email )

I am guessing that eventually there will be no more use for quicken. With all the institutions not allowing for downloads or sign-in it may be becoming obvious that they prefer you use their online sites.

please provide info if someone is working this problem. If not clearly there is no solution. I am working with quicken but not being able to sign-on limits trouble-sheeting since THE BANK is denying access

I am having the same problem. I can logon to Valley's website and export transactions into Quicken but I cannot add Valley to One-step update.

The issue seems to have been resolved. I just added my account and it downloaded as it should.

I was also able to add my account on Friday, October 20.
