Venmo Credential Missmatch Issue (Mac)

The only account I cannot connect to on my Mac's Quicken is my Venmo Account. Every attempt tells my my credentials are wrong.

My Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. I tried to log in to Venmo via Chrome with the same credentials — Success
  2. I tried to reset my Venmo Password and log in with Quicken — Failed
  3. I tried to reset my Keychain per Quicken instructions - Failed
  4. I tried using my Venmo Username to log in via Quicken - Failed
  5. I tried using my Venmo Phone Number to log in via Quicken - Failed
  6. I tried using my Venmo email as my username to log in via Quicken - Failed
  7. I tried step item 4, 5 and 6 but on Chrome instead - Success
  8. I tried creating a new Quicken File and then connect to Venmo via Quicken - Failed

Clearly, my credentials are not wrong. Clearly I have no internet issues. Clearly I have no connectivity issues with any other account. I found posts on Quicken Community that are of no help. Any insights on connectivity repairs would be helpful. Thank you.

    If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and request help. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
