How to record the split up of Lithium America(LAC)

Hi, I have some Lithium America (LAC) stock. The Company has been split into two LAC and LAAC(Lithium Argentina). How to a update Quicken to record this and take into account the cost basis?

To assist you, could you please provide more information? With this split up, are they converting old shares to new shares in both of those stocks? If so, then perhaps recording in Quicken as a Spin Off would work?

If they're doing something different, could you please go into more detail about the split up, so I can better assist?
