BECU Credit Card Balance Incorrect When Importing .QFX

This is also occurring with Boeing Employee Credit Union business VISA cards. On BECU's website it reports, for example, a $54 "balance" when I owe $54 on the credit card. However, when I download the .qfx file from BECU, Quicken reads this as a positive $54 credit. The result is I can never reconcile Quicken's account with BECU's online balance. The .qfx file reports a positive $54 when the account actually has a negative $54 balance.

Hello @mark320,

Due to this error being with a QFX file, you will need to reach out to BECU directly as the incorrect balance is coming from their servers. I suggest requesting to speak to a tier 2 agent or supervisor as they are generally more familiar with third-party applications such as Quicken.
