Fidelity HSA account doesn't show up

I added a Fidelity HSA account, it is on Fidelity NetBenefits page, but not on Quicken. What is the step to make it show up on Quicken?

I too have a Fidelity HSA account along with my Fidelity 401k, and the only account that Quicken for Mac recognizes is the 401k. Can you correct this?

Have you reached out to Fidelity to confirm that they have allowed HSA account(s) to be downloaded from a specific instance?

If not, it is recommended to request to speak to a tier 2 agent or representative as they are generally more familiar with third-party applications.

I spoke with Fidelity and they suggested that I use Fidelity Investment Mac, and the HSA account was available there to connect to. Thanks.
