Can't login to NetXInvestor accounts
I have been using Quicken and online download of transactions for my financial accounts held with NetXInvestor for a very long time. My brokerage changed recently but they are still held with NetXInvestor. I am getting an error trying to authenticate in Quicken with the new financial institution. I'm trying to use the format of <institution ID><username> but am getting an error authenticating. I have been trying this for several months now and it isn't clearing up. Is there some detail I'm missing in the process?

I figured it out. This discussion answers the question.
To be crystal clear for everyone. What works is to use your NetXInvestor password and username but use it to login to Cetera Advisor Network but leave off the financial institution code from the username.
