Can't login to NetXInvestor accounts

I have been using Quicken and online download of transactions for my financial accounts held with NetXInvestor for a very long time. My brokerage changed recently but they are still held with NetXInvestor. I am getting an error trying to authenticate in Quicken with the new financial institution. I'm trying to use the format of <institution ID><username> but am getting an error authenticating. I have been trying this for several months now and it isn't clearing up. Is there some detail I'm missing in the process?
