When is the issue with Fidelity Card going to be fixed [edit to actual issue]

    I have a fidelity Visa Signature Rewards Credit card, I have been downloading my account for a year, and all the sudden it has stopped, stating there is an error? The connection to get my CC info is Elan Financial Services… ? Not sure if this has changed. I can get into my Fidelity investments but it does not list my CC as an account.

    Am I using the wrong connection?

    This isn't a Fidelity issue, they're merely cobranded on the card. This is an ELAN issue.

    Fidelity is a brokerage, not a bank, and as such they can't legally issue credit cards … much like my American Airlines Mastercard isn't issued by American Airlines, but rather by a bank.

    Make sure you are selecting Fidelity Rewards in Account Setup

    FIX is to follow instructions HERE: www.quicken.com/support/error-message-when-updating-accounts-cc-800 "Error Message When Updating Accounts: CC-800". Follow all the steps under "To resolve this issue" (ignore the Overview comment). You won't lose any accounts in Quicken, nor have to create any new ones.
