    Hello @lorabmcphail,

This error is typically caused by a block placed by the bank on the bank's servers that Quicken uses to download transactions.

Please take a moment to review and follow this error-specific support article regarding error CC-505.

However, if the error persists for more than 24-48 hours, then as stated at the bottom of the article, you will need to contact Quicken Support directly by chat or phone for further assistance and possible escalation if they see fit.

    Thank you!

What about this error message(Care Code: FDP-105) Talked to a lady a week ago and she said it would be escalated. haven't heard a word since

FDP-105 is "Mac speak" and means the same as CC-505 in Quicken for Windows.

It depends on both the bank and Intuit Inc. as the data aggregator for transaction downloading how fast such an issue can be resolved.
If it's been going on for over a week, a call to the bank's Support Center might be in order. Request to speak to a Level 2 Support person or a supervisor, someone who is familiar with Quicken. Ask why the bank is blocking Quicken and what they intend to do about resolving the problem.
