Quicken freezes when trying to update Chase or BofA (QWin)

Please let me know if there is a fix to this problem. I cannot update either Chase or BofA since early in September. Every time I try to update on the Quicken app, the program freezes. It appears the problem is on the Quicken end. One of the main reasons for using Quicken is the ability to download credit card activity (as well as other financial activity). This needs to be addresses quickly!!

To assist you with this issue, could you please provide more information? Are you getting any messages or error codes for those accounts? When you update, are you using One Step Update, or are you updating using the Update Now function from the account registers?
