OL-221 Error with Goldman Sachs / Apple - can't run QFX file

An issue for 6 months now and any discussions about it have been closed without resolution,

Doesnt our subscription fee entitle us to a better response and a resolution ?

Please dont close this discussion until it is resolved

Hello @bgambrill,

This error is caused when the financial institution has made changes to the Quicken Files needed in order to download. Since you are experiencing this issue with a QFX file, this does mean that there is an issue with the file itself, and you will need to contact the financial institution directly to resolve this as it is the financial institution that creates and provides these QFX files.

In order to speed a resolution and since you will need to let them know what is wrong with the qfx files they are generating anyway, you should contact Goldman Sachs and inform them of this problem and help them fix it.

I am not the only Quicken Windows user having this problem and since we are now on a subscriotion payment plan, you should take the initiative and not delegate it back to us.

For privacy and security reasons, we are not able to reach out to the financial institution on behalf of a customer. Financial institutions require their customers to report the issue as they often need to collect sensitive information and a QFX file sample which we do not have access to. This is why it is necessary for the financial institution's customers to reach out.
