Venmo Downloads Not Working

Venmo downloads have not been working now for over a month and the discussion which stated it is a known problem was closed without any resolution or communication about any prospects for resolution. This has gone on too long!

To help troubleshoot the issue, are you getting any error messages or error codes when you try to update your Venmo accounts? If not, then what happens when you try to update?
If the previous discussion was closed without a resolution, that would mean that it had been inactive for about a month. The Community is a forum where users help each other and there are a handful of moderators like myself who can do some troubleshooting with you. Posts on the Community are not the same as contacting Quicken Support. A post is not a trouble ticket and will get closed when it has been inactive for about a month, even if the issue is not resolved.
