Downloads from USAA
USAA downloads rarely have the correct payees even though the date and amount charged is always correct. This started happening a few months ago when USAA required a revision/update to Quicken downloads.

To help you troubleshoot this issue further, could you please provide more information? Is everything reflecting the same incorrect payee? If not, then what is incorrect about the payee information (for instance, is it incorrect due to excess/irrelevant info being included, or is it showing a completely different payee, or is it doing something else)?
If you right click on one of the transactions that shows incorrect payee information, does it give you an option to revert (and is the payee name to revert to correct)?
If so, that may indicate that renaming rules are causing the unwanted changes. You can edit or delete renaming rules by going to Tools>Renaming Rules, find the rule that is causing trouble, click on it to select it, then click either the minus sign to delete (if the rule is unneeded) it or the pencil icon to edit it (If you need the rule, but it is overly general and changing things you don't want changed).
