Optum Bank HSA - Can't connect
Quicken version Version 7.3.2 (Build 703.50456.100) - Subscription
MacOS version: Sonoma 14.0
When trying to add the account the available options are:
1- Optum Bank (optumbank.com)
2- Optum Financial (secure.optumfinancial.com)
3- Optum Financial (previously ConnectYourCare.com)
4- OptumHealth Bank - HSA (optumhealthfinancial.com)
When I try connecting through the web site it redirects me to healthsafe-id.com or account.optumbank.com/account where I can log in.
Apparently, quicken is not up to date with Optum Bank.

To assist with this issue, could you please provide more information? Are you getting any error messages/codes when you try to connect?
You mention that you believe it may be an outdated URL. If that is the case, then per this article, you would need to reach out to the financial institution to get this issue corrected.
