Do Mac user complain less or there are just much fewer of them, what do you think?

There are some things that have to affect Quicken Windows and Quicken Mac equally. For instance, the problem with Fidelity NetBenefits and RBC download problems.

Both of these are using Direct Connect, so if the financial institution messes up the download data, it is going to affect both.

But when you look at the complaints in this forum you see tons of Quicken Windows users complaining about Fidelity NetBenefits and only a few from Quicken Mac.

It sort of gives you a lopsided view that Quicken Mac is better than maybe it really is.

    (a) There are fewer Mac users than Windows users.

    (b) There have certainly been a bunch (I believe that's the correct technical measurement of the quantity) of complaints about NetBenefits that I have seen, and I mostly only view the Mac categories on this forum. Maybe it's a smaller percentage than Windows users. But keep in mind that someone coming to the forum and doing a search on NetBenefits may land on one of the Quicken Windows threads, even though they're a Mac user.

    (c) Maybe Quicken Mac is better than people give it credit for. 😂

I actually think that c is the case in a lot of cases for "connection problems", when it isn't Direct Connect.
