Why, since monday, i cant get updated closing price of all of my mutual fund in Quicken for Mac ?
Canadian user with canadian funds using Quicken for Mac, latest release.
Some funds are getting closing price others not. No error from Quicken.
Cant rebuild historical price because Quicken did not find it.
Using Quicken symbol lookup, some funds are there without able to update it, illogical.
Even more bizarre, some funds were able to update monday are not tuesday….
Everything was good last friday.
Am I alone with that problem ?

Hello @marcdube,
Let’s try a few troubleshooting steps for this issue—these steps should resolve things for you, but if not, please come back and post more about your experience so we can investigate.
First, backup your Quicken file.
- Navigate to the Quicken dropdown menu
- Sign Out...
- Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password
- Follow the prompts to be taken back to your data file after signing in
Once that is done, see if the issue still persists.

UPDATE Without any change, all closing price are there tonight. Need to rebuild history of all to get back missing closing price. I've found that some funds have and odd entry 12/31/2023 with a non-sense closing price. I remove all of them.
