What is going on with USAA imports?

Since the last upgrade about a week ago my USAA transactions stopped importing. Before that they would skip days and then would "catch up". Now, since October 30, they just don't import. I logged on to my USAA bank account to manually download my transactions, but now I get and excel file. Before this manual process would work and I could update my Quicken that way, not that does not work either. What is going on with Quicken and USAA?

To assist you with this issue, could you please clarify what you mean by USAA transactions stopped importing? Did you have it set up to download transactions through Quicken, or have you been going to the financial institution website to download a QFX file? If you are on the financial institution website and the option for a QFX file disappeared, then you would need to contact the financial institution.
