Chase accounts - two credit cards

My wife and I both have a cc with chase. Up until the latest update, I am only able to update one account while the other gets disabled by quicken. Resetting the connection, disables the other cc. Each CC is associated with a different login. Anyone else having this issue?

This has been known to happen.

One thing that a SuperUser reported working for him was:

Go to Edit > Preferences... > Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts then click on "Sign in as a different user." Then sign back in using your Quicken ID and Password. Deactivate the current problem Account from downloading. That give you access to the Financial Institution and Account Number shown on the "General" tab, so erase that information. Click OK to close the "Edit Account Details" window, then open up Edit Account Details again and do "Setup now."

Give it a whirl and see if it works.

I have the same trouble. I was having to log in and out of each account ever time. So, I ended up closing the Chase duplicate account and went to a different bank.

quickly doesn't work near as good as it used to. I am having troubles like this everywhere.
