    On the Mac I am getting an HTTP-400 error - I assume that's what is showing up as the OL-292 error for [Windows]. I just called Truist and reported the problem. This started yesterday morning during their maintenance window and then things just never came back online - and all of this has happened before, this is like the 3rd time I've seen exactly this same pattern with them and have had to call. They don't seem to have any proactive monitoring or other awareness to the fact that something is down on their side until customers call…

    This seems to be resolved now, though the alert you posted is still open. Can you provide details on how this was resolved?
