Is there a problem with investing.quicken.com?

I have had many problems with the website over the past month. At one point I would log in with my user name and password, but someone else's account would be what I can see. It appears that problem has been solved, but now when I log in, I cannot change anything. I can not add or delete investments. I can't even see what is in my portfolio, just a grand total of the value. Is this service being discontinued? Thanks
