Quicken not downloading transactions from BMO

A couple of weeks ago, Quicken stopped downloading transactions from BMO. It would show no new transactions but I would log into my BMO accounts and there would be transactions that I'd manually have to download. Any idea what would be causing this problem?

    To assist with this issue, could you please provide more information? When did this issue start? Are you getting any error messages or error codes when you try to update your account(s)? If not, then what is happening when you try to update?

    If you haven't done so already, I would recommend that you backup your Quicken file, then follow the troubleshooting steps from this article on when you're missing transactions or transactions aren't downloading.
