Problems setting up Quicken account with TIAA Brokerage Services
I was having problems updating my Quicken account for TIAA Brokerage. Quicken said TIAA didn't recognize the account despite the fact that I've been doing this for the past 5-8 years. I tried deactivating and doing a new set up, but it said that I couldn't connect to TIAA brokerage, but that it was "not my fault". This has all happened in the past week. Anybody have any ideas/suggestions>

Hello @dortmeyer,
Due to the nature of the "Sorry, it's not your fault.." error message, I suggest directly reaching out to Quicken Support as an escalation may be in order.
The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here. Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday.
Thanks!

@dortmeyer - You are not alone. I have been unable to download from TIAA Brokerage since late last week. I tried disconnecting accounts, but re-connect fails with the It's not your fault message. Phone wait times too long for me right now

Good to know that I'm not alone. Quicken support assures me they are aware of the problem and are working to fix it.
