Live Oak Bank download to Quicken

Live Oak Bank Direct Connect stopped working. I have a access code and pin.

    Are you receiving any error codes or messages? When did this issue begin to occur? What is your connection method with Live Oak Bank? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List.

    When I had my account with Live Oak, this happened at least 3 times (randomly). Each time I ended up having to deactivate/reactivate in Quicken. The access code and pin never changed, as I recall, so I was able to input that each time.
