Issue connecting to Ally Bank - Getting "Don't add to Quicken" on the add/link screen

No help. Followed the steps exactly, ez directions, No help… I can get into the Ally B web site without issue, but Quicken continues to post Don't Add to Quicken?

Hello @Robert Rackley,
To troubleshoot this issue, please do the following:
- When you are on that screen that says "Don't add to Quicken", you should see a name in the Nickname in Quicken column. That name is what Quicken thinks your account is connected to (see example below).
- Backup your Quicken file.
- Go to Tools>Account List and find that account name.
- Deactivate that account.
- Go to Tools>Add Account and follow the prompts.
- It should now give you the option to link your account.
