No help. Followed the steps exactly, ez directions, No help… I can get into the Ally B web site without issue, but Quicken continues to post Don't Add to Quicken?

  • Hello @Robert Rackley,

To troubleshoot this issue, please do the following:

    1. When you are on that screen that says "Don't add to Quicken", you should see a name in the Nickname in Quicken column. That name is what Quicken thinks your account is connected to (see example below).
    2. Backup your Quicken file.
    3. Go to Tools>Account List and find that account name.
    4. Deactivate that account.
    5. Go to Tools>Add Account and follow the prompts.
    6. It should now give you the option to link your account.

Please let me know how it goes!
