Downloaded transactions disappear

I downloaded and reconciled transactions in two separate cc accounts - Citi Bank and Bank of America, and they fail to appear in the register while the downloaded transaction list is empty. Has anyone seen this. Any workarounds other than downloading the transactions using web connect.

Are you receiving any error codes or messages? Does the One Step Update or download process seem to complete without fault, however, no new transactions come in? How long have you been experiencing this issue? Do you have multiple accounts with Citi Bank and Bank of America? If so, is this occurring across all accounts?
