Barclaycard CC-800 every day
Hi,
I kept having this error, even though the transaction is downloaded.
I had to restore from backup file so this seems to be a problem from that. However, there appears to be no fix for this problem. I've tried the FAQ to deactivate and then add it back. Does not work. You get the error right away.
How do I fix it please?

I finally found a fix.
1. deactivate the online service on the card
2. choose a card account that's not in use, set up Barclays Card download. Delete all downloaded transactions. The download still have CC-800 error.
3. Go back to the original card, set up online download.
Now the error appears to be gone.
