    Hello @Marc,

    To troubleshoot this issue, could you please provide more information? Is this happening when you try to update an account that is already in your Quicken, or is then happening when trying to add a new account? Are you getting any error messages or error codes? When did you first notice this issue? If the financial institution gives you the option, does temporarily disabling the multi factor authentication let you connect or update your account?

    This is an account that is already in the system. I noticed it about a week ago. no option if this is a trusted browser or public computer. I have to do the same 2FA when I sign in on a computer so it might be a CIT change.
