State Farm Insurance (Online Biller problem, Q Mac)
Since yesterday (Tuesday), Quicken keeps asking me to update my State Farm biller. I input login and password, the process of relinking starts and then I am asked for login and password again. Quicken keeps going back to asking me to re-enter login and password. I know they are correct because they work if I go to the State Farm website directly. Help please.

I have reviewed the internal status of the State Farm ebiller and found that it is currently in a degraded status. This means that there is an issue with communication of the servers. Our teams are currently aware and working towards a fix, although there is no current ETA.

Hi, old post, just tried to add State Farm Insurance bill to eBill. Still unable to connect, not accepting my valid login details.
Is the service still in a degraded status? Is there a point of contact for State Farm customers can send feedback too? No ref to feature on State Farm's side.0
