Citicard problems

For several days my Citicard account started giving me errors in the one step update in Quicken Classic. I have tried resetting, deactivating and setting up again, reinstalling the program and using a back up of my file. At this point I can't get Quicken to even login to citicard to set up the account again. It says the site is down. But I know that is not the problem since I've been dealing with some issue here for a week or so now.

Not sure what else to do, hoping someone can help.

    To assist with troubleshooting this issue, could you please provide more information? When did this issue first start? What is the exact error message or error code you are seeing? Are you connected via Express Web Connect or by Direct Connect? To find this out, go to Tools>Account List, click the Edit button next to the account, then click on the Online Services tab (see sample image below).
