USBank CreditCards purchases/payments are not imported/updated
--Since Quicken changed the procedures for updating accounts at USBank, none of the credit cards are never updated. (Or, I should say, the CCs are being linked to checking or money market accounts, rendering the effort disastrous.) A phone call to you was useless. USB said the 2 accts are categorized properly as Credit Cards. If I reauthorize, they modify unrelated non-credit-card accounts. [approaching a year+-]

Thank you for taking the time to report this issue to the Community, although we apologize for any frustration or inconvenience experienced.
This issue has been reported to our Development and Product teams for further investigation and resolution. Though we do not currently have an ETA, you can bookmark this Community Alert to get updates when available and to know when the issue is resolved. If you do not see the bookmark icon at the upper right, please make sure you are logged into the Community.
Please follow these directions from the Alert to attempt to resolve the issue:
First, please backup your Quicken file.
Then follow these steps
- Deactivate all the accounts associated with US Bank.
- Navigate to US Bank's website, (www.usbank.com), look for third-party apps, and unlink Quicken.
- After the accounts are unlinked, return to Quicken, and attempt to Add the US Bank accounts by using the "+" button.
If the issue persists, reset the cloud:
- Click on "Edit"
- Select "Preferences"
- Go to the "Mobile & Web" tab
- Click on "Reset Cloud"
