Schwab & Merrill Lynch not downloading all transactions.

Started 11/12/2023 or before. It skipps over transactions or add duplicate or old ones.

I called quicken. The rep looked at one screen (services) for about 2 minutes and said my Windows was corrupt. They could fix for $139.99 or I could renew my quicken and get it fixed for $344.99.

He did not even look at anything else. Luckly I did not pay. Now I find out that this is aknown problem.

My reports are even not working correctly as reporting items in other columns as balance on account even though account is 0.

Merrill and Schwab for sure.
