Hillsborough County Florida Water Bill

I have been trying to add Hillsborough County Florida Water Bill for a couple weeks but it is always in "Fix It" mode. When I click on fix It it asks me for login info and email code, which I supply, but it keeps going back to this screen.

I went ahead and checked the overall internal status of this Online Biller which is currently showing a Degraded status causing the connection to fail at this time. Our teams are aware of this, though we do not have an ETA on when a solution will become available.

Please consider this alternative to using Bill Manager. Many banks and billers, in an attempt to better secure their computer systems from hackers, no longer support third-party data aggregators like Quicken, Intuit, etc.
