Possible "support" scam?????
Contacted support for a problem. Was told that I would need to subscribe to a special support package in order to get my problem fixed. Is this a scam??? He had a 5yr, 7yr and Lifetime package to offer, all well over $1k. Please advise.

Hello @Kathryn See,
It definitely sounds like you were in contact with a scammer as we do not offer any of the packages you mentioned above. In fact, we do not charge customers to contact support and receive assistance.
We request that you please email a copy of these details as well as the contact information you used to get in touch with them to spoof@quicken.com so it can forwarded to the proper channels and further investigated.

If you just do an Internet Search - you will find several "support" websites - NONE of them are actually Quicken -1

If you haven't done so already, run a full Antivirus Scan.
To be on the safe side, change your PC's logon password. Change passwords for your bank accounts and passwords to all your websites
