Trouble downloading for Air Academy Credit Union

Hello! I was on the phone with AACU for about an hour yesterday trying to figure out why we can't seem to get Quicken to connect. The error she's seeing on her is end is that quicken is sending the wrong password. But the only password I've put in is the same password that I use to log in online. I've deleted the accounts and tried adding them again and still get the same error: Invalid OFX from your financial institution. Please contact your financial institution and ask them to check their formatting.

If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and report this Online Banking issue. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
