Error Connecting to Citi Account

The current multi-factor authentication method at Citibank is not supported. To connect to your account, you must change the multi-factor authentication method at Citibank.
Care Code: FDP-192

It's ONLY not working with Quicken Simplifi. I've been trying out other products and it connected just fine with 3 others while testing.
