Amex Bill Pay Issue

I did a 'refresh bill' for my Amex account this morning and it retrieved my pending bill. When I selected the Quick Pay option, the payment amount field is prefilled with the monthly payment option. I want to pay the entire bill but it wont let me change the amount. Never had this happen before.

I'm using Windows Classic Deluxe for Windows.

    Hello @Vic46,

    This could be an issue with the American Express Biller.

    To start with, I suggest you try to Review and Repair Online billers. However, I do recommend that you save a backup of your data file first (just in case). After that, please navigate to the Bills & Income tab and click on the gear icon on the top-right. Then, click on Review and Repair > Review and Repair Online Billers in the dropdown menu.

    Once that is done, see if the issue still continues to persist.
