No Bank or Credit Card Transactions Download last 3 weeks.

Was with Quicken Tech for 6 hours trying every possible Quicken procedure and none of the 38 accounts download any transactions but show connectivity with the banks. All the backups do not allow downloads either. Tried on different computers and internet work fine. I can only upload weconnect transactions on 38 accounts! Any suggestions welcome!

    Which financial institutions are you experiencing this issue with? Are you receiving any error codes or messages? Would you mind providing us with the ticket number given to you during your Quicken Support interaction?

    Case # 10623223 NO error codes or messages. CapitalOne, Prosperity Bank, American express, CitiBank, Bank of America, Chase, Discover, Synchrony, every account. Quicken shows it updated but downloads no transactions with NO error codes. I have never seen this in 14 years with Quicken and this is catastrophic for my operations.
