    It's not really clear what you're asking about here.

    Maybe

    Edit > Preferences… > Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts > "Sign in as a different user" is what you're looking for?

    Quicken is just "open" after you initially sign into your Quicken email ID & password - on the desktop software -
    You also would need to sign into the Mobile App or the online Quicken on the Web -
    Lastly - you can add a Data File Password for the desktop Quicken QDF file - which would be required each time you open that file.

    So - what are you wanting to happen ?

    just to clarify - Quicken is a realtime changing data file. It is not like other programs such as MS Word or Excel where you are working on a screen image that later gets File Saved - Quicken makes changes to the QDF data file as you are typing. You then exit like any other Windows program - but everything you’ve done has already been written to the QDF data file… hence, a good reason to make sure you have created Quicken backups
