AmEx Checking account not downloading transactions from American Express - Banking (QWin)

    Hey folks! Any update on this? I am still unable to download transactions form AMEX CHECKING, using "American Express - Banking" as the FI.

    Was hoping Quicken had some simple, clear cut directions to follow. It's possible that exists, I just cannot locate.

    Any feedback would be appreciated!

    Hello @KQ,

    To assist with this issue, please provide more information. Is this a business account or a personal account? Do you have more than one User ID with American Express? How long has this issue been going on for? If you have more than one banking account with American Express, is this affecting all of them, or just this one account? Are you getting any error messages or error codes when you attempt to update that account?
