Is Zillow not working?


When adding my Home property, when I click to get the Zestimate on my home, it finds my property but then says there's no Zestimate. This isn't true. I can see it on the Zillow website. Is the Zillow feature not working?

  1. Click Add Account
  2. Click "Other Assets & Liabilities" tab
  3. Select Property option
  4. Add Acct Name & click Next
  5. This step has a button "Get Zestimate" which I click on
  6. A Property Valuation screen opens
  7. I enter my address and click Next
  8. It shows 1 result found with my correct address (see below). I click Next.
  9. It says "No Zestimate for this property", which is inaccurate. It is available on (See below)

    Describe the property. Q/Zillow frequently have problems with condo type properties in multi-story bldgs.

    It is working for me. It just updated my house value about an hour ago without any issue.

    Do you have another data file set up with the house linked to Zillow in there? If so, deactivate Zillow for the house in that other data file. My observations have been that Zillow can only be linked to a house in one data file at a time.

    It's the same with the Credit Score. Credit Score can only be set up in a single data file.

    @Boatnmaniac I'm a brand new user, barely have had my accounts set up, so this is the first time I'm trying to add a new property. I don't have another data file set up at all.
