Citi.com error CC-502
This error has been encountered the last 4 days when updating to download credit card trnsactions.

Hello @janlobue,
Getting a CC-502 when connecting to Citibank is a known issue. I would recommend following the work around in this Community Alert.
If that does not resolve the issue, since you mentioned this is happening with your credit card, you can also backup your Quicken file, deactivate the problem account(s), then go to Tools>Add Account and reconnect the account(s) under the Citi Cards connection, selecting Direct Connect. This FAQ provides more information. Please note that if Citi already shows a connection on the website side, you may need to remove and recreate that connection.
