Wells Fargo Advisors Brokerage Account Transactions
In the past the transactions display on the account has been available to see the detail transactions for the entire account. Now only Dashboard & Portfolio are available. It works fine for my other brokerage account at a different brokerage house. Any suggestions on what I should do to correct this problem? Thanks.

Hello @neilweit,
When did this issue begin to occur? Are you receiving any error codes or messages? What is your connection method with Wells Fargo Advisors? You can see your connection method by navigating to Settings > Downloads > Connection Type.
Thanks!

Jasmine, thanks for the reply. This started last week. Not getting any error codes or messages. My connection method is Quicken Direct. Appreciate the help.

Hello @neilweit and @Roamin_Rick,
Have you attempted to reauthorize your accounts? Has this been successful?
Thanks!

Jasmine, yes, i just reauthorized the accounts. Then did an update. Transactions option on the brokerage account is still greyed out and unavailable to be used. Also, the MFA (Multi Function Authorization) is no longer invoked when I update the Wells Fargo accounts.

Just got off the phone with Carlos at Quicken Support. Steps to resolve:
- In Brokerage account go into Dashboard view
- Click on the Settings gear
- In Details view, click on Detailed Positions and transactions
- In Downloads view, click on Disconnect account
- Reconnect Account to Brokerage.
This solved my issues, although there were transactions in the account that had to be manually deleted to revert the share counts to agree with Wells Fargo Brokerage, also some cash transactions that had to be zeroed out to get the cash balance to agree with Wells Fargo Brokerage. My guess this is a side effect of the disconnect/connect function. Otherwise, everything looked normal.

Tried to follow the steps as outlined by "neilweit". When I click on "Detailed Positions and transactions" a message pops up that indicates that "Wells Fargo Bank does not support downloading detailed investment information. If you want to use Detailed Tracking, you must disconnect this account and manually enter your investment transactions." Is there any way to fix this or is it a new standard by Wells Fargo?

Transactions are downloading, but you can't see them because Quicken is so sure they aren't downloading. So if there are no transactions, why are there blue dots indicating new transactions? I see transactions in the logs. I saw transactions before the latest connection change. Did they just disappear? No, Quicken just won't let me see them.

Have you upgraded your connection to the new connection type?
