Synchrony Credit Card Issue

I'm a new Quicken user and unsuccessfully tried to add my Furniture Row Synchrony credit card account. I ended up choosing a different Synchrony bank name as the only way I could find to connect my credit card. Is there a way for Quicken to add the actual name…Furniture Row Synchrony?

I suggest reaching out to Synchrony Bank directly for further assistance as they will be able to tell you if you can download your Furniture Row account(s) into Quicken. It is recommended to request to speak to a tier 2 agent or supervisor as they are generally more familiar with third-party applications such as Quicken.
